Lil’ Wayne is taking shots at everyone, including Jay-Z, Young Buck, The Clipse and Pharrell Williams in Complex magazine’s new December/January issue.
The self-proclaimed “best rapper alive since the best rapper retired” apparently has revised his position. During an interview with Complex, Weezy revealed that he now feels he’s second to none on the mic.
“I don’t like what he’s [Jay-Z] saying about how he had to come back because hip-hop’s dead and we need him,” Weezy told Complex. “What the fuck do you mean? If anything it’s reborn, so he’s probably having a problem with that. You left on a good note, and all of the artists were saying, ‘Yo, this is Jay’s house. He’s the best.’ Now he comes back and still thinks it’s his house. But we fucked bitches in your bed already. It’s not your house anymore and I’m better than you.“
Weezy F. Baby also took advantage of this interview to respond to Buck’s recent comments:
“I don’t give a fuck about what he thinks or said,” Wayne declared. “I’m rich! I’m something to talk about. He should have been promoting his album. These niggas know where I’m from. I’m from the city of death, nigga. We kill niggas for nothing. That’s why they’re doing it on radio stations and interviews. Them niggas see me and shake my hand and tell me, ‘You the best, dog, keep doing that shit.’“
Wayne also sounded off on The Clipse and their longtime producer Pharrell, belittling the group’s achievements and ridiculing the super producer’s taste in clothing. “I don’t see no fucking Clipse. This is a fucking legend you’re talking to right here. How many years them niggas been around? Who the fuck is Pharrell? Do you really respect him? That nigga wore BAPE and y’all thought he was weird. I wore it and y’all thought it was hot. What I gotta go in the store and say, ‘I like these colors but I can’t buy them because other rappers wore them?‘”
The December/January issue of Complex hits stands next Tuesday (December 12).

I think that Wayne hasn’t gotten a lot of attention that he deserves so that’s why he’s talkin a little greazy but had it been me, I would be a little heated to. Young Buck is the only one that really deserves it though. I mean, what kinda dude talk about somebody while they ain’t there. That’s female shit. Yo, man…I really think hip-hop is getting ridiculous right about now.
I respect Jay-Z because he’s a businessman, he’s talented, and he’s an inventive rapper (even when he’s not at the top of his game).
I respect Wayne because he’s a good lyricist, but he hasn’t made anything really revolutionary. He doesn’t vary his subject matter very much, and he hasn’t really started any trends as far as I’m concerned (other than the fact that people are riding his fuckin’ dick).
But for Weezy to dis Jigga is fuckin’ homo. Like…seriously. It’s like learning your trade from someone, then talking shit about your mentor. It’s not cool. I wouldn’t respect that in real life, and I’ll be damned if I respect it in my rap music.

First and foremost…many of y’all who replied to this really need to pick up a book and learn a thing or two about grammar. You don’t have to express yourself in a retarted or illiterate manner to be considered as “keepin’ in hood, gutta, street, or any of those other terms me and my generation originated. (Smarten up my Black people) Secondly, do most of you realize that you are taking time out of your own personal lives (which is time that could be used for self or family progression) to debate on a bunch of OPINIONATED statements. Everyone has an opinion about who the Best Rapper Alive is. Is anyone really all that surprised that Jay-Z thinks that he’s the best and Lil’ Wayne thinks he’s the best? Of course they’re going to have that insight about themselves. Why would another man admit to another man that the other is better than him? Females tend to do that. Another female trait that I see expressed all too often is how men (in this rap industry) get mad at what other people think or say about them. Now, I am a huge hip hop spectator (I hate referring to myself as a fan…look up the origin of the word) and from what I’ve been seeing lately, I feel like I’m watching a bunch of kids on the play ground arguing about materialistic and irrelevent non-sense. First ang foremost, Eminem is the best rapper alive, and ever for that matter. Just listen to renegade, what Em spit on that track is better than anything hova ever spit. And I’m a huge hova fan.
